Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. This applies to domestic orders only.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Electric Impulse is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
